Shipping Information
We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Our webshop operates globally, with our primary base in the Netherlands. We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs, whether standard or express delivery.

Return Policy
General Return Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:
· Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
· Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
· Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear) unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at info@petnership.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely, including the authorization number and a copy of the original receipt.
4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s).
